Our products are exclusively available through our online store, Instagram and TikTok. You can browse and purchase our collection from the comfort of your own home.

  • How does my purchase contribute to donations?
For every order placed, we allocate a portion of the revenue to provide meals through ShareTheMeal.org and aid through Islamic Relief USA. Every order guarantees at least one meal per donated, ensuring that your purchase directly supports people facing food insecurity in Palestine and Sudan.

  • Can I choose whether my donation goes to Palestine or Sudan?
Currently, we distribute donations between both causes based on urgency and need. However, we are exploring options to allow customers to specify their preferred cause in the future.

  • Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping worldwide on all orders.

  • How long does shipping take?

We typically process orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Shipping times can vary depending on the destination country. For orders within the US, shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery.

Please note that holidays and high volume periods and may affect processing and shipping times.

  • Do you provide expedited shipping options?

Currently, our small business structure does not allow us to offer expedited shipping options. However, we are constantly working to improve our services and hope to introduce faster shipping options in the near future.

Refund and Return Policy

At Amira Rose, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and ensure your complete satisfaction. If, however, you receive a damaged product or an item that does not match the description, we are here to assist you. Carefully review our refund and return policy below:

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the item. 
  • Not as Described: If the product you received is significantly different from the description provided, please reach out to our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • In some cases, where it is necessary to demonstrate the damage or discrepancy, we may require you to provide clear and detailed images as proof. This will help us better understand the issue and expedite the resolution process.
  • Upon inspecting the photos, we will determine whether a refund is applicable. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow for a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
